Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà is a top expert in early childhood education in Vietnam with over 15 years of experience in organizing, operating and managing over 10,000 kindergarten students directly, in 22 facilities across the country.
Since 2011, Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà has always played an important part in major educational systems in many provinces of the country, including founders of Hai Bà Trưng inter-level high school in Hải Phòng and principal of kindergartens, and after that, President of the Northern Preschool Block of Vinschool Educational System. She also represented Vietnam to participate in the Leadership Schools program in Moscow – Russia and through 8 years working at Vingroup, she received many noble prizes such as Outstanding Internal Lecturer of Vinschool education system; advanced and excellent leadership staff of Vingroup.
Besides operating and managing, Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà also dedicated her time and effort researching, experiencing and studying educational models in the country and all over the world such as Israel, Finland, New Zealand, USA, Singapore,… participated in the EARCOS (East Asia Regional Council of Schools) educational forum, participated in many Principal training courses in Vietnam and abroad such as in Waikato – New Zealand and the National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore.
For domestics research activities, with her knowledge and experience, she also contributed to many early childhood education projects on the national level such as:
- Member of the Editorial Board of the new Early Childhood Education program established by the Ministry of Education and Training in 2022;
- Member of the manual documents Appraisal Board, implement the Kindergarten education and Kindergarten English program held annually by the Ministry of Education and Training;
- Develop annual training materials and professional capacity enhancement for managers and kindergarten teachers by the Ministry of Education and Training;
- Contribute to the discussion in the meeting of the National Council for Education and Human Resource Development of the Early Childhood Education Subcommittee.
Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà is the founder and pioneer in developing the Body – Heart – Mind educational philosophy from kindergarten age in Vietnam, building the best educational environment for children to develop in balance from early on: Nurturing a healthy body full of energy for children (Body), a heart that knows how to love and spread love (Heart), and explore limitless world view (Mind). Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ha is also the founder of leading companies in STEM and Robotics in Vietnam.
