Mrs. Bùi Thanh Anh completed the Master of Education Administration thesis and has 22 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, she also holds many leadership and management positions in many different educational environments. She was the professional manager of national standard public kindergartens, a specialist at the Department of Education and Training and spent many years being the Principal of Bilingual Kindergartens in the Vinschool Educational System (Vingroup).
Besides all the knowledge and professional experience accumulated after many years, Mrs. Thanh Anh always studies, updates and filter advanced early childhood education methods in the world to find a way to help children develop comprehensively based on their own potential. Also, with the manager role, she is also a guide, training the group of teachers to be more complete in capacity and quality to fulfill the mission of sowing seeds of happiness for the future.
"Bring children to the world with Loving Soul - Good Physical - Confident and Creative Thinking" - This is the biggest goal in her career in education in any position or environment. Mrs. Thanh Anh is the co-founder and holds the position of Principal of MerryStar Bilingual Kindergarten. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Anh is also the Co-founder of leading companies in STEM and Robotics in Vietnam.
